I am thrilled to have a new studio space!
Two years ago, when I set up the Dancing Frog Press studio, it was in a small bedroom, across the hall from my room. Then, when my family and I decided to live a multi-generational life style, I gave the studio space to Abraham, my grandson for his bedroom. I did not mind moving to the basement, however, it was pretty damn cold down there this winter. I usually ended up with my drawing pencils, sketch book and laptop on some other surface, closer to the wood stove!
We just moved from that home, and will move again in about two months, to a home where we can dwell more permanently. All of these locations, are just a few short miles from one another. The tiny cottage we get to stay in for the short duration, opened the door to a need for a studio space. Fortunately, right on time, an opportunity presented itself.
Most of our move has been completed. We are taking the last of the belongings to storage units over the next few days. Thankfully, the studio space is set up, and a cozy place to work from!
