My high school gal-pals commissioned me to produce a drawing for our friend Wendy Groth, who graciously hosted our 6-girl reunion in August. The thank you gift to Wendy and Fred was from the bottom of our hearts, in appreciation for allowing us to enjoy their cabin near Cheboygan.
Wendy and I met in Brighton a few weeks ago, and drank a cold beer on a beautiful patio at Brewery Becker, where I presented her with the gift. She and I both got a bit choked up!
These are the moments where I cherish the ability to draw, illustrate and best of all, share the love via a creative project.
