There has been a tectonic shift in my life, brought about by the beautiful family that I am surrounded with.
My daughter Raquel, son-in-law Jackson, 3 1/2 year old grandson Abraham and myself welcomed Levi James to the fold 10 days ago! He was born here at their temporary home, on Gusty Branch Road, by the creek, near the hollows and rolling green hills of central Kentucky.
The midwife was on her way over, speaking to us on speaker phone, as Jackson and I competently welcomed him into the world. My daughter Raquel, AKA Rock, was a pillar of strength, grace and composure, when she announced….”This baby’s coming!”
Everyone is healthy, happy and flourishing!
We are heading to northern Michigan to live, work, give and love very soon.
